Pricing is per box. Shipping is calculated separately. Ship boxes to different addresses, or to one location for hand delivery.
- Any allergens? +
- Cookies contain wheat, eggs, milk, and soy. Made in a facility that also handles peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. Cross-contact may occur, so they're not suitable for guests with food allergies.
- Can you handle large or recurring orders? +
- Yes. For bulk programs we can place the order at once and stagger shipments over weeks or months so follow-ups stay manageable.
- What can we customize? +
- Both the cookies and the box are fully custom. The inside opens to your logo, contact info, a short note, even a headshot. Not sure what to put on the cookies? Send a rough idea and our team will come back with a tray that says it sharper than a slide ever could.
- What is the lead time, and do you offer rush? +
- Standard lead time is at least 20 business days from order to ship, covering design, baking, hand-decorating, and packaging. Rush orders are available for an additional charge and ship in our house box design; cookies are still fully customized.
- Invoice breakdown: Gift Value vs Service Fees +
- Your invoice itemizes two lines: a modest gift cost (kept within typical gifting policies) and a service fee covering design, packaging, and coordination.
- How do you protect freshness in transit, and what if a cookie arrives broken? +
- Orders ship early in the week so boxes never sit over the weekend, and we hold shipments when route weather looks rough. If anything arrives broken, send a photo and we'll make it right.
- When should we order for the holidays? +
- It's never too early. We accept deposits through summer and start designing holiday trays in August.
